How do you make diamond and checkered browbands?

I know how to make sharktooth browbands, but I want to make either diamond or checkered browbands. Help?|||Ok well seeing as the person above me was just rude and after thei two points... i will give you a quick bit of info... but i havnt been able to find and tuts or instructions online... sorry... basically to make a checkered browband you just get thin ribbon about 2/3mm and cut and glue it evenly apart along the length of the browband this way | | | | and glue it only at the back of the browband... then weave a different colured ribbon - - - this way thru the bands which are glued on... its long and painful... and its the only way i've worked out how to get a really good finish.. when ure done run a peice of ribbon the width of the browband along the back to hide all the glued bits and hold them down better... just tuck the ends of the ribbon going this way - - - under the last ribbon going this way | | at the end..

as for diamond you just run a ribbon under and over back the other way when u do a sharks tooth. Pick two colours, make your sharks tooth then run a ribbon of the same colour back the other way...

hope thats not all too confusing.. good luck... its all about mucking around and seeing what works and looks good for you..

all the best!!|||i know how to make them. but its hard to explain and i dont want competition in the browband business.
