I did a Google search of "Diamond Oscillation Computer Chips" which didn't turn up any related results. I had read about diamond oscillation theory for computer chips somewhere. Since it didn't turn up any good results I changed the search term to "Diamond Computer Chips." It turned up a few articles on Boron doping in synthetic diamonds created by CVD, however those articles are from 2007. I was wondering if there have been any recent advances and subsequently any articles pertaining to the subject.|||its a dead end with current tech as it is so no.
current computing projects that are beyond consumer market are OLED screens(just on the market) and chemical/bio computing.
