Can diamond dust enter your blood stream and possibly kill you if rubbed on skin?

I am wondering if diamond dust can enter the skin. I want to know that because the latest trend in the spa world is Diamond Massage. Is it safe? Thank you.|||Diamond dust on your skin is no more dangerous than any other dirt. It is no more able to work its way under your skin than most other external substances. Most cleansing creams are made of what is known as "air float" silica (jagged pieces of silica - think quartz, glass and sand).

Even swallowing diamond dust is not really bad, although it is a waste of diamond.

A diamond massage is just marketing hype.
