How do you connect pokemon diamond to the internet using an emulator?

Okay, I have a laptop with vista business installed, NO$GBA emulator %26amp; pokemon diamond on it. What do I need to download to connect it to the internet?|||The others are right... it's not possible yet =(

|||Um, sorry to let you down, but you can't! They haven't released a version that manages that yet, but you could keep getting the new ones that come out! They should make one eventually! But I know for now, there isn't one for I have it. Sorry to let you down!|||You can't yet. The reason is quite simple: you may be using a stolen ROM and it would be easy for them to track you down.
