How much does it cost to move a diamond from one ring setting to another ring setting?

I just inherited my great, great, great grandmother's diamonds that my grandmother put into a funky setting. I would really like to replace my engagement ring (ahem.. diamond chip) with one of these, but am nervous about what that would cost. Anyone ever done that? What is the ballpark?|||Make sure that the two setting can hold the same diamond. As some settings can only hold specified size stones!
